In her many years of practice, Ms. Han has accumulated rich experience in dispute resolution. She has represented many multinational corporations and private enterprises in numerous cases handled by the people's courts and arbitration institutions around China. Some of the most important cases heard by the Supreme People's Court under her jurisdiction include the trademark infringement case of Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd, the patent infringement dispute of Eli Lilly and Company, etc. Ms. Han has rich experience in analyzing and solving problems and is good at sorting out complex legal relationships. She can provide constructive and practical solutions to disputes, and design litigation and arbitration strategies. Ms. Han also has rich experience in foreign investment, representing many foreign companies in greenfield investments in China, and providing services to FIEs on general corporate matters involved in their operations in China. In addition to foreign investment, Ms. Han has rich experience in traditional sector M&A, helping many clients complete cross-border M&A in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, real estate, chemicals, high-tech, etc. Ms. Han has also advised many leading multinational companies in China on their operations and daily legal matters. She has extensive experience in the design, drafting, and negotiation of contract structures, corporate compliance review (including corporate self-examination and government investigation), intellectual property, labor, etc.
