Mr. Lu specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has professional experience in handling equity investment disputes, international and domestic trade disputes, financial asset management disputes, construction project disputes, bankruptcy- related disputes and disposal of non-performing assets. He is an expert in designing "package" dispute resolutions for clients. Mr. Lu has represented both domestic and foreign well-known companies in people's courts of various jurisdictions such as the Supreme People's Court, Beijing Higher People's Court, Inner Mongolia Higher People's Court and Shanxi Higher People's Court (including the intermediate and basic-level courts of Beijing, Jinan Intermediate People's Court, Dalian Intermediate People's Court, Huizhou Intermediate People's Court, Cangzhou Intermediate People's Court and Chengde Intermediate People's Court), as well as arbitration cases in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
