Ms. Xu Xiaoyan specializes in marriage, inheritance, protection and inheritance of family wealth, as well as dispute resolution. Since her practice, Ms. Xu has represented clients in a large number of influential cases in the field of litigation, such as the case of Retrial of a Couple's Communal Debt Changed to Personal Debt, which is selected as Selection of Civil and Commercial Cases from China (2012-)

Ms. Xu Xiaoyan represented Mr. Xu Xiaoyan and Mr. Liu Yihan on the division of the property of a couple on Taobao Store with annual sales of RMB20 million, which was tracked and reported by the program of CCTV Today. She represented Zhejiang Consumer Protection Committee against Shanghai Railway Bureau with public interest litigation, which was named as "the First Consumer Public Interest Litigation in China". She represented 26 patients in Zhejiang Province against Hangzhou Huaxia Hospital for medical disputes, which received nationwide media attention and was called as "the No. 1 False Advertising Case in China" by media. In terms of non-litigation, Mr. Liu has provided a number of high-net-worth clients with legal services such as pre-marital wealth planning, asset segregation and tax saving planning, rectification of the business model of family enterprises and complex family wealth inheritance arrangement.
