Mr. Qu Jingang has been engaged in the lawyer profession for nearly 30 years and has accumulated rich experience in the fields of government legal counsel, commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Qu is a political lawyer recognized by the Party committee and the government, a public interest lawyer recognized by the society, and a professional lawyer satisfied by the parties. 

Mr. Qu actively undertakes social responsibilities. He has served as legal counsel to the Shaanxi Provincial Government, Yan'an Municipal Government, to help build a rule-of-law government, to "escort" the government's administration according to law; as an arbitrator of an arbitration committee, a member of the Youth Federation, a part-time professor and other social posts, has been widely recognized by the society. In addition, he has served as a legal counsel to many villages, interpreted the law and answered questions for the people, provided legal services free of charge, and actively promoted the construction of grass-roots democracy and the rule of law. 

Mr. Qu has successfully undertaken several difficult and complex cases with significant social impact. These cases include illegal fund-raising cases for collective petitions, pre-sale contracts for commercial housing purchased by hundreds of employees, disputes over state-owned assets and stock rights of foreign-related commercial subjects, and other types, with the amount involved in some of these cases as high as 100 billion yuan. Mr. Qu’s attorney's opinions have been fully adopted by the Provincial High People's Court and the Supreme People's Court, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties. 

The team led by Mr. Qu was awarded the title of "Provincial Advanced Collective in Legal Aid Work" by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice in 2018 and 2019, "National Advanced Party Organization in Lawyer's Profession" by the Ministry of Justice in 2018 and 2019, and "National Advanced Collective in Public Legal Services" by the Ministry of Justice in 2020.
