Mr. Zhang has successfully represented a large number of economic, civil and arbitration cases in the past ten years. At the same time, Mr. Zhang has participated in a number of major corporate mergers and acquisitions and other non-litigation projects, and served as a legal consultant for a number of well-known enterprises. Mr. Zhang pays attention to the latest trends in legal theory and practice, and has a relatively comprehensive knowledge of legal theory and rich experience. While serving as a full-time lawyer, Mr. Zhang attaches great importance to the exploration and research of systematic legal theory.
