Mr. Liu is focused on and good at commercial litigation and arbitration. Before practicing, Mr. Liu used to work at the Commercial Division of Beijing Intermediate People's Court and is familiar with the trial law and business procedures of people's courts. He has studied the fields of Contract Law and Company Law, has published more than 10 professional articles in the People's Court Daily, Beijing Judge, and other publications, participated in the online broadcasting programs of Capital Judge many times, and won several honors including the 10th "Trial Quality Award". 

Mr. Liu devotes himself to providing clients with professional, objective, and reliable legal advice and creative dispute resolutions focused on the achievement of the client’s goals. He has helped clients achieve overall victory or satisfactory results in many new types of important and difficult cases. Mr. Liu has served clients including Huawei, BYD, Huaxin Securities, and many other large private enterprises, government and public institutions such as China Cybersecurity Review Technology and Certification Center, many Internet companies such as Zhihu and WhateBuild, and many entrepreneurs and individuals. 

Mr. Liu has published three articles on the website of Beijing Court, seven articles on the column of Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court, more than 10 professional articles published in the media, such as the People's Court Daily, China Quality News, and Beijing Judge, and participated in radio broadcasts three times. In 2013, he researched and planned the press conference on "Characteristics and Risks of Car Purchasing Index Transfer Cases", which attracted wide attention of more than 40 media all over China, and was specially reported by CCTV and Beijing Television Station.
