Mr. Nie Ming not only has years of financial practice experience as a senior management officer of domestic and foreign banks but also has experience as a professional lawyer. 

Mr. Nie is familiar with the professional knowledge and practices in relation to the financial services of commercial banks and has rich experience in the areas of corporate governance, corporate legal affairs, internal control and compliance management, finance, investment, and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is also good at interacting and communicating with regulatory authorities and possesses a broad cross-industry vision and human resources. 

As a typical person who studied in Japan and returned to China after the reform and opening-up policy, Mr. Nie has consciously undertaken social responsibility and actively participated in various social activities. He served as the Deputy Chairman of Pudong New Area Zhi Public Party and a Standing Member of the Pudong New Area People's Political Consultative Conference and was continuously elected a delegate to the 13th, 14th, and 15th National People's Congress of Shanghai Municipality. Currently, Mr. Nie also serves as an Arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
