Ms. Yuwen specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, family business inheritance, isolation of assets of family enterprises, shareholding structure setup of family enterprises and etc. Since his practice, Ms. Yuwen has handled hundreds of large amount civil and commercial litigation cases and has rich experience in the areas of the prevention and control of legal risks and dispute resolution for high net worth individuals, family business governance and shareholding structure setup, foreign-related family disputes and immigration. By introducing negotiation mechanism into the handling of civil and commercial disputes, most cases were settled by way of mediation and reconciliation, which reduced the burden of lawsuits of the parties and protected their legitimate rights and interests to the maximum extent. 

Ms Yuwen handled the foreign-related divorce case of the actual controller of an A-share listed company, settlement of 1.6 billion yuan of joint assets.

A domestic enterprise has shared RMB300 million of joint assets through the owner's asset segregation and the establishment and disposal of domestic enterprise assets. Mr. Zhou has provided legal services for Xi 'an Huayou Oil Corporation, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Jianbo Xinjiuyuan Corporate Limited and Chiba Jewelry and other companies in succession. Her team has repeatedly achieved outstanding results in the second instance and retrial of civil and commercial dispute resolution.
